Rhön-Indianer-Hotel

The tipi village has a lot of heart behind it, and you can see that everywhere. We brought more than 50 young people for an overnight adventure and were absolutely delighted. There was plenty of room for different group activities, and our leader was understanding and caring with the young people. The campfire cooking was authentic, the food was organic and fantastic, and there was more than enough for all those teenagers. The value for money was excellent too. We'll definitely be back.

We came across this tent by chance and were so pleased with it. The kids had everything they needed, and the organic breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Between boating, pony rides, and table tennis, there's lots for children who like to have fun. We'll definitely come again.

We parked our campervan at one of the pitches, but it was only so-so. People staying in the tipi village kept walking past, and 38 euros for two people with a campervan felt quite steep for a pitch.

The children had loads to do at our first open tipi day at the Rhön Indian Hotel. They could go pony riding, try archery and the easy version of axe throwing, hunt rattlesnakes, pan for gold, and see rabbits and cows. Nemo and Vili were so patient with the little wiggle bunnies, and everyone we met was friendly and welcoming to children. The grounds were green and full of interest, with brightly painted tipis. The paintings on the tipis, wagons, and in the restrooms were colorful and fun. A lovely artist took the time to answer my 7-year-old daughter's questions, and we had a pleasant conversation. There was campfire bread and sausage, plus cake and pizza at the farm shop. The food was delicious, and the restrooms were clean. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful day and for those sparkling eyes from the kids. We'll definitely return, maybe for a children's birthday party or an adventure holiday.
