It feels like a new hotel in the same spot: it was fully renovated six months ago and has a new manager, so the older reviews no longer apply. The rooms are roomy, nicely designed, and furnished well, with fully equipped kitchens. There’s a large parking area right by the entrance, and a supermarket and bakery on the first floor. The location is great, a short drive from central Potsdam and Berlin. We’ll definitely come back.
For the price, this is an exceptional hotel. Parking is right in front, and it’s easy to get to Potsdam and Berlin. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the Wi-Fi was good, and breakfast was fantastic.
The owner was super kind, and the refurbished rooms were spotless. The location is amazing, with a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor’s office, and restaurant next door. What more could you ask for?
I didn’t try breakfast since I ate with local residents, but there were plenty of things to like. The hostess was friendly, the rooms were airy and soundproofed, and each had a small kitchenette. Shops and restaurants are conveniently close. You could buy drinks around the clock at low prices and charge them to your room. I cycled to the nearby campsite every day, and the quiet, safe roads made it easy.
The price is okay. You get two rooms together, with a bathroom and fridge, and sometimes a kitchenette. One room has a large double bed, the other a single. Breakfast costs €4.
