I asked three or four times for our invoice to be corrected and still got no reply or proper invoice. And what was that supposed threat? It’s a joke. When are you going to send the correct invoice? Is this really normal guest service? I’ve never had this kind of treatment before. When a company sends the wrong invoice, they usually apologize by email and send the corrected one within five minutes.

Stayed just a few hours overnight, so I didn’t get to try everything. The place was clean and cozy, though. If you just need somewhere to sleep, this could work. I’d recommend it.

We only spent one night here, but it’s the kind of place where you could easily stay longer. Babelsberg Film Park isn’t far, and there’s a lovely big park nearby for walks, with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The little courtyard garden is charming, too. Everything was tidy and clean, and the booking went smoothly. Thanks for a lovely stay.
