The view across the deep lake, with all the boats at the dock, was lovely. We spent the evenings on the ship’s deck or terrace after being out during the day. We booked cabin number 3 for three nights on a spontaneous short break, and it was beautiful. Our furry friend was welcomed warmly and felt as at home as we did. The hosts paid close attention to our comfort and took care of all our wishes. The breakfast buffet had a huge choice, and everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended if you’re in the mood to try something different.

We’re thrilled with the place! The owner was friendly, open, and accommodating. It’s a converted ship, with small, rustic cabins, but that makes it something really special 😀.

The sunrise on the lake, with the waves gently rocking, is amazing. The cabins are roomy enough, and it’s a lovely little guesthouse. The staff are very friendly, and the tasty breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs, rounded off our stay perfectly. I’d love to return.

I highly recommend the Luise ship guesthouse after my one-night stay. Having a room on the water was a fantastic change of pace! The room was clean, quiet, and well equipped. Picking up and returning the key through the mailbox was quick and simple. I was very satisfied.

We visited Schiffspension Luise in January and were disappointed that breakfast wasn’t available. They said heating the breakfast room was considered too expensive.
