The breakfast service was the worst part. The staff member was among the rudest and most passive aggressive people I’ve encountered in food service. I calmly pointed out that the bowls were dirty, but the “supervisor” brushed it off and acted as though I was wrong. The milk tasted sour to me, and when I asked for fresh milk, I was dismissed again. The supervisor waved away comments and requests, then started talking about me to other staff. I’ve had better service at hostels that cost much less. Just terrible service overall. The room was freezing when I arrived and stayed cold overnight because the radiator switched itself off. Hard to believe this place is rated four stars. If I could, I’d give the service zero.

Breakfast was a joy, and every staff member I met was welcoming, polite, friendly, and professional. My room was spotless, quiet, and warm even with it at -7°C outside, and the lake view was lovely. I found the stay really comfortable and relaxing. I can thoroughly recommend this wonderful hotel, and I’ll be back.

For the price, it felt heavily overpriced. The room was 25C and could have been aired out beforehand. The pool shown in the picture wasn’t there. Breakfast was just okay.

The two single beds were really uncomfortable. For what I paid, it wasn’t worth it.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Best of all, there’s Spike, the hotel dog. He hangs out by reception and guests can say hello.
