For our two families, this house in Pottenstein was just right. The hosts are lovely, we got along really well, and we’ve already recommended the place to several people. We were its first guests, and loved how lovingly furnished it was. Everything matched the website photos. A discount supermarket and bakery are about five minutes away by car, and almost all local attractions are within a 15-minute drive. We can’t speak much about the hiking routes, though we’ve heard they’re fantastic. There are plenty of good restaurants around.

Right outside the door there are lots of tours and trails, and the house worked perfectly for our mountain biking and hiking in Pottenstein. We could keep our bikes safely and dry in the basement. The holiday home is beautiful and in a fantastic location, with very friendly owners. It’s furnished to a high standard and has everything you could want. We were thrilled!

We had three wonderful days here with the whole family, and it was such a find for relaxing. The holiday home in Pottenstein is bright and spacious, with a living and dining room that looks out at the castle. There are four tastefully furnished bedrooms and two lovely modern bathrooms. Every detail in the house has been thought through. Simply perfect.

We had a long weekend here with nine adults and two children, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The summer toboggan run, observation tower, and Devil's Cave are all an easy walk away. The house has been professionally and luxuriously renovated, with two bathrooms, great rain showers, underfloor heating, and a large, beautiful garden terrace. Highly recommended, and we’d gladly return.

Everything we needed for a great holiday was provided, and we felt at home right away. The owners are wonderful and friendly, and the holiday house is in a lovely setting, renovated and furnished with care. We were thrilled and would love to come back. A real find! :-)))
