The location was convenient, with the Chiemsee cruise 100 yards away and cable cars within ½ hour. It’s also a convenient one-hour train ride to Munich/München, and Salzburg is an hour’s drive. We found the hotel quite good all around: friendly, helpful reception, clean rooms, attentive wait staff, and delicious food. The pastries were devilishly good.

We only tried the restaurant, and it was great. The portions were large and everything was very tasty. We had spaghetti with salmon, salad with pieces of fish, and baked fish with salad. For dessert, we had apple pieces with cinnamon and vanilla ice cream. There’s a huge breakfast selection served until 6 pm, and lots of drinks. We’re definitely coming back to try the Kaiserschmarrn. I really recommend it!

Our only gripe was that the parking area isn’t paved. The welcome and check-in were both great, with friendly, helpful staff and no problems. The hotel looks good, and our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. There was a great breakfast selection and good coffee, and our evening meal was tasty with a large portion.

We had two great dinners at this lovely venue in Prien/Stock. The staff were very friendly, service was at a high standard, and the food was delicious. Prices were adorable. Thanks for two lovely evenings.

After a day sightseeing around the lake, it was easy to find a meal here, right opposite the harbour. The food was delicious and the service was good. We tried the Apfelstrudel because of the Strudel day recommendation, and it was delicious. I’d recommend this restaurant to others.
