There was barely room for my bag. The only spot was a little shelf tucked into a corner, and I had to squeeze in to use it. There was no kettle, cups, or even a small fridge, and the coffee machine downstairs was only available during the day. The bathroom was grimy, especially the walls, and the toilet and shower were disgusting. The new carpet already had stains all over it. Coming back to the room felt unpleasant. I hope I never have to stay here again.

The free coffee was a nice bonus. My room was pleasant and stayed warm through a cold night, so I had a very good stay.

We arrived by car, but it wouldn't fit in the underground parking because of the 1.8m height limit. The staff offered us another option, which was helpful. The room itself was clean and cosy, just right for a stop during a longer trip.

I paid 149€ for a booking on 27sept, but when I arrived at around 10oclock, the receptionist said check-in wasn't until 15oclock. I asked to check in at 11oclock and was told no, so we went back and decided to cancel. When I called about a refund, she said they'd return only 10%. Those terms weren't mentioned on their site. Disgusting, they’re cheaters, and I'm still waiting for my money.

The bathroom had a urine smell and the room didn't feel clean. For somewhere 45 minutes from the city center, it was expensive.
