The space is roomy and comfortable, and the location works well. The staff were lovely, always polite and ready to help with a smile. My team of 16 had our party here, and everyone enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. Each dish was delicious and clearly well prepared. I’ve been back regularly since then. When I’m craving really good food, this is the first restaurant I think of. We all had a wonderful time, and I’d happily recommend it.
Lunch was busy, and our main courses took about 20 minutes to arrive. The other dishes in our group were good, and there was parking out front. Still, after seeing all the glowing reviews, it was disappointing that two people got schnitzels that were burnt black on one side and served flipped over so the burnt parts weren’t visible.
The food was delicious, no complaints there. I did have to ask for bread three times, though. The first serving was already small, the second was smaller, and the third seemed like maybe 30-40% of the first. I asked for a little more on that last visit and got some, but honestly it was about half the amount I’ve had free at an Italian restaurant a few hundred meters away, where nobody even asked questions. Some people just eat bread!
We stopped here with our three kids while heading to Munchen, and the food came out quickly and was excellent. The server was warm, friendly, and patient. We also appreciated the woman at the table opposite us, who kindly helped us understand the menu. Thanks to her too. Highly recommended from me, my wife, and the kids. If you're passing through, drop in.
