B&B Hotel München-Putzbrunn

I only stayed one night, but the room was clean and comfortable. I arrived at 23:00 and had to use self check-in. It was a bit confusing at first, so I called the emergency number. The woman who answered helped me, even at that hour. I never expected to reach anyone so late, and she was a great help.

The room was fine and quiet, and the place suited the price. It’s a B&B, not a luxury hotel. Breakfast was okay, and the underground parking was free. The staff were really friendly and explained everything clearly without us needing to ask. The bearded man was great, and the woman with glasses was nice too. The young man explained the breakfast hours and was very helpful.

There were about five or six hotel guests waiting to check in when my husband and I arrived. A woman in black glasses and a man with a black beard were at reception. The young man offered to take us outside to use the check-in machine, and we agreed. He showed us how it worked and helped enter our details after we put in the wrong booking number the first time. He was extremely patient and stayed with us until we finished and paid with the Ec card without trouble. We're very grateful for his help, and he left us with a good impression. The room got swelteringly hot because the Aircon was set too high and we couldn't turn it down. Apart from that, it worked well for a quick stop on the way through. The 24hr check-in machine outside was perfect since we hadn't booked ahead and arrived late. Being able to check out by 12 with no extra charge was great too.
