We paid the outstanding balance right away and without complaint, but we're still annoyed and disappointed by how the landlord handled the mix-up. He gave us the wrong apartment and left the bill at our door without even apologizing. If he'd explained the mistake and said sorry, we would have forgotten about it. As things happened, his behavior left us rather upset.

The wedding was cancelled because of the coronavirus restrictions, so we couldn't visit the venue or come to Quedlinburg again. Still, we were allowed to cancel the booking free of charge up to three days before arrival, and the landlord was extremely accommodating. If the wedding takes place next year, we'd gladly book the venue again.

The landlords were really kind and went the extra mile. Great apartment, great location. I'd definitely stay again!

Dogs are welcome in these centrally located apartments, which are furnished with a lot of care.
