I found the place really cozy, and the landlady, who lives in the house too, was exceptionally friendly. Free parking on the street and a short walk into the town center made getting around easy. The apartment takes up the top two floors of an old half-timbered house: living room and kitchen downstairs, with the bedroom and bathroom tucked under the roof. It’s charming, though the rooms are small, some ceilings are low, and the stairs are steep and narrow. That could be tough for taller guests or anyone with limited mobility.

We only used the downstairs apartment at Augustinern 76 for sleeping while visiting family in Quedlinburg. It felt very cramped because of the layout, especially the bathroom. It also wasn’t very clean. We found eight spiders when we arrived, and five were already dead 🙄. We won’t stay there again and will book somewhere else next time.
