At night, the old building, the former horticultural school, right across from the place looks genuinely eerie. The apartment has practically everything and is great value for money. There were probably a few ants in the house after the coronavirus-related rental freeze. A shower curtain is really necessary.

Otherwise it was very nice, and the price for what you get is okay. But for a place in the city center, the beds and pillows felt very dated. I slept badly and ended up with back problems 🙄.

The furniture is worn and old, most noticeably the beds and pillows. The grounds look neglected and aren't inviting. The house itself is clean and tidy.

About the earlier reviews: the big building was the horticultural college. It was never a hotel, and it's not the holiday home.

It was a nice hotel up to 2017. These days it feels like an urbex spot.
