I stayed just one night for work and had a very nice time. The room was clean and carefully prepared, though the style felt a bit dated, in a comfortable, worn-in way. The staff I met were really nice. Special thanks to reception, who called me just before check-in closed to make sure I could still get in late. Breakfast was good. I didn't pay for it myself, so I can't say whether the price is fair. I could also park in the hotel's lot, which was a bonus. I'd recommend the stay.

The service is warm and friendly, and the food is always delicious. You get plenty for your money and won't leave hungry. Hotel zur Sonne is a great choice for a nice meal out. We'll be back!

The castle is only a few minutes away, and the hotel's location is fantastic. We had a very pleasant night here, with a nicely furnished, very clean room and incredibly friendly staff. We enjoyed the restaurant too. The food and drinks were excellent value, and breakfast had a good range of options. Thanks for such a lovely stay. Until next time! :) 😀
