I only tried the restaurant. The ice cream was nice, and the view is amazing. A special thanks to the staff, especially Wassi, who was extremely kind and hospitable. He also spoke English, which was a big plus for tourists who don’t speak German.

My wife and I came here before and ordered kugel eis. It tasted fine, but adding cream cost almost as much as the kugel eis itself. Watch out for that extra charge, especially if the waiter hasn’t mentioned it and you can’t find it on the list. I don’t recommend this place at all. Someone seems to have reported my negative comment to Google, and it was deleted. I was only stating what happened. What I’ve written here is true and honest.

The food was delicious, the setting was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. Our waiter spoke both German and English. When we weren’t sure what to order, he showed us photos of the drinks and dishes, then helped us choose suitable food and portions.

We had run out of cash and had trouble finding the restaurant, so it was a relief that they took cards. We arrived only 30 minutes before closing, and they made an exception for us. The waitress was very friendly, the food was really good, and the location was great, with a view right in the middle of the lake.
