We couldn’t stay at the hotel because we travel with a dog and they cater to allergic clientele, but we did have dinner here. The people were lovely, the service warm and friendly, and the homemade food was excellent with huge portions. The snails with Tom's original recipe butter were outstanding. Tom himself also offered us an excellent shot of liquor after dinner while we chatted about motorcycles. After a long, rainy day on the road, they made us feel at home. We’ll come back if we’re in the area!

We booked at the last minute for one night while travelling across Europe, and I accidentally picked the wrong date. They fixed it quickly when we arrived and made room for us. The welcome was warm and friendly. It’s a beautiful guesthouse, and our room was clean and spacious. In December, the good heating made it warm and cosy. I’d highly recommend it and would stay again when passing through.

A lovely family-run hotel and restaurant. The couple were very welcoming, and the food was excellent. It’s well worth trying some of the local specialities.

The owners were friendly, and the dinner and breakfast were good. Nice rooms and excellent bathrooms, too. A good place for my bike.
