We chose this spot for its quieter setting away from the crowded beach area, and it made a great base. The Baltic Sea and Lübeck are only a few minutes away by car, and the bike route to the sea is lovely, mostly following forest paths past fields and meadows. Our host was friendly and very helpful, making us feel welcome right away. We had a wonderful few days in the bright, beautifully furnished "Abendsonne" apartment. We'll come back!

We slept really well, and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Our apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were attentive and pleasant, and we had a lovely stay. Funckyhome is surrounded by beautiful woodland and is still close to Lübeck, Timmendorfer Strand, Travemünde, and Bad Schwartau. We were also lucky to get a whole week of fantastic weather. A very nice vacation.

The Funck family gave us excellent ideas for exploring the area, and the bikes made it easy to cycle to the beach. We spent five days in the "Treehouse" room and loved the furnishings. Anna Funck's books were another highlight. We read them in the evenings at the accommodation, and they're wonderful, entertaining, and fun. Thanks for such a lovely stay! Greetings from Dresden.

The house, garden, and apartment were all clean and very well cared for. We felt right at home in "our" treehouse. It's so peaceful here, with horses grazing nearby, and such a lovely spot to unwind. Simply delightful! We love it 🤗👌🏻🤍 Just FUNCKy😻😸

The Funck apartments make for a really welcoming, relaxing stay. The hosts are attentive and have great suggestions for things to see and do nearby. Everything you need is provided. The location is handy for getting around, with the beach close enough, Lübeck not too close, and quick access to places in every direction.
