The rooms felt cramped and uncomfortable, and the service was terrible. Their self check-in system didn’t work, which left me stressed and wasting time. I wouldn’t recommend B&B HOTEL Düsseldorf-Lintorf. The stay fell short of what I expected, and at this price I think you can find a hotel with better service and more comfortable rooms.

We paid £60 per night, and the room was a little small, but that seemed fair for the price. The location worked well for us when we needed to leave the motorway while travelling across Europe. There isn’t much to do nearby, so it suited us for one night. Breakfast was good. I can’t say why there are so many negative reviews.

I’ve been a customer of this chain for a long time and have never had this happen before. I spent over an hour trying to reach the hotline to change my reservation, but nobody answered. This is a complete joke, and I don’t recommend it.

We stayed just one night, and the service was good. We arrived very late and needed help over the phone, which went smoothly. The renovated room was really clean and modern, especially next to some of the older B&B rooms. Renovations had been signposted on the website and at the hotel, as far as I could tell. We checked out early and didn’t hear any construction during our stay, so I don’t agree with the negative reviews.

The bathroom and air conditioning in my room were extremely noisy, and there were no vending machines. Drinking water was available to buy, and the free breakfast advertised on the booking website was awful. With a late-night flight, I could only use self-service check-in, and finding the entire first floor in ruins for renovations was truly terrifying.
