My wife and I spent a weekend here while visiting my sister, and we’d stay again. The room and facilities were clean, and the food was very nice. Igor, his family and the staff were especially good, with a friendly and professional manner.

The stairs up to my third-floor room felt safe to climb, but there’s no elevator. There’s no parking beside the hotel either, so you have to use the nearby underground parking, and if you’re on your own, make sure you can manage your bag or bags. Wi-Fi kept disappearing during the day, and the entrance is through the bar, where the barman gives you the keys. He was friendly, and I was welcomed with free coffee in the morning. Still, this is a strange hotel and, in my opinion, too expensive for the service.

A nice stay in ratingen, with friendly staff. Breakfast was served at the table, though I would have preferred a buffet. The room doors were a little tricky to open and lock.

The restaurant food was very nice, and the rooms were tidy and clean. A very pleasant little hotel.
