The room was tiny, but clean and comfortable, with AC that was much appreciated during the especially hot days I visited. The price was very reasonable. I was in town to see family, who were within walking distance, and the quiet residential neighborhood also made for an easy walk into the delightful town of Ratingen. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and always put out a lovely fresh fruit tray for breakfast. I didn’t eat the other meals, but the extensive menu and busy dining room made it look popular. I recommend it and will certainly stay again. Goodbye, and many thanks!

The price was reasonable compared with other hotels nearby, and the airport was only 10-15 minutes away. Still, my room was very cold, the internet didn’t work in the rooms, and breakfast was so-so.
