The hotel has a beautiful location, and breakfast each morning was wonderful, one of the best parts of our stay. But the service and rooms were disappointing. On 26th December, we arrived tired and hungry and were met by a rude maître d', who told us dinner had to be booked in advance and there were no tables available. We could have been told this when we reserved in October. The same thing happened the next night. The rooms also felt dated, and the cleaning didn’t seem thorough. The hotel has potential, but service and room quality need significant improvement.

The view was absolutely amazing, and the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. It was super clean, too, and the breakfast was one of the best 😋. From my perspective, that’s a 7-star 🌟 stay ✨👏.

The reception staff were very friendly, the room with a sea view was fine, and breakfast was very good. The food at dinner was good too, but the restaurant staff seemed to avoid customers, service was very slow, and they didn’t seem willing to serve. They say they have car charging for customers, but it wasn’t working. This was our first and last visit. Luckily, Germany has lots of good hotels.

The party, location, and views were all perfect. Breakfast wasn’t quite there, though: the self-service coffee wasn’t good, the service wasn’t fully awake, and the fruit could have been better. Why did we have to pay € 190.- for one night with breakfast in RZ? Make the price fair and all is good!

The staff were excellent and friendly, and breakfast was tasty. When we arrived, there were food and water bowls and a packet of dog treats waiting for our dog, a lovely touch since we’d mentioned when booking that we were travelling with one. The room was clean, spacious, and had lots of nice details like free bottled water, a Nespresso-style coffee machine, and complimentary toiletries. Very highly recommended.
