Hotel Kaiserhof Ravensburg

I've returned to Hotel Kaiser Hoff in Ravensburg, Germany several times, and the staff once surprised me with an upgrade. That felt like a personal gesture. The modern rooms are sleek and thoughtfully laid out, with lighting you can control from almost anywhere and a TV that lets you cast and stream apps, something I don't find in many hotels. I also really like the Rituals bath products. It's a wonderful place for business or leisure, and I'm already looking forward to another visit.

We traveled with our dog for the first time, and Kaiserhof turned out to be a good choice. It was peaceful, with a good dog-walking spot right beside the hotel. Our room was cleaned in a bit of a hurry because we arrived earlier than planned, but I appreciated that they rushed to get it ready. The AC dripped water onto the floor when set too cold, though it stopped when we raised the temperature. Those issues faded into the background thanks to the amazing, helpful staff, who made the stay pleasant. I can and will recommend Kaiserhof.

The air conditioning was too strong and left the air dry, and the shower water was very hard. Some light fixtures were awkwardly placed, and I hit my head on the one beside the bed every morning. Still, the rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was wonderful with great locally sourced produce, and service was very good. The location was convenient.

A lovely hotel, well located for shops and restaurants.
