The location worked well, close to the Arcaden and Hauptbahnhof, with easy access to trains, buses, and taxis. The hotel was clean and nice, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Yosof was very helpful from the first day. Some rooms don't have a bar fridge, but if you let them know in advance, they can arrange one. There's a TV and free Wifi.

I spent around 2 months here and wouldn't recommend it, especially for a long stay, despite the apartment hotel label. I paid more than 5000 EUR and was left confused and upset by how I was treated. The location is about 10 minutes from the central train station and 20 minutes from the old city. A few staff were good, especially Eva, who was kind and professional. But most didn't seem professional. Bader at reception was particularly offensive and hot-headed, and his English was poor. I had to change rooms three times. The first, on the 3rd floor facing West, became unbearably hot in the afternoon. Pigeons colliding with the windows and making noise were annoying, and cleanliness was below average for a 4 stars hotel. The wifi connection was literally null. In the second room, on the first floor facing South, it was still hot around midday. The toilet was clogged. Bader came to inspect it, then wanted me to do the cleaning, even though that wasn't the issue. I felt extremely offended and asked him to call a repairman. I waited several hours, but nobody came, so I asked to change rooms and was treated in a very upsetting way. The last room faced East and was hot from early morning. Cleaning was even worse. One time, the bed covers were changed for others with blood-like stains. I can't say for sure what the stains were, but I left a picture for people to judge. The heat seemed to be a real problem throughout the hotel, and cleanliness was nowhere near a 4-stars standard. During my first month, I spent around 3000 EUR, but nobody mentioned a long-stay discount. After I asked several times, they offered a written discounted rate for 23 days. After that, the treatment got worse. They refused to discount the first month and became ruder and more offensive. They also wanted 50 EUR per week for cleaning and 60 EUR for final cleaning, charges they hadn't mentioned when offering the discounted rate. One receptionist was extremely rude and said I had to pay, and could just leave if I wasn't happy. I tried to speak with the hotel manager, who refused to meet me. After several emails he finally replied, and I felt like I was talking to the president of the US. I still don't know what caused their behavior. My rating is 1-Star because unfortunately 0- or negative-star ratings aren't available.

The good points were the location, quiet nights, one washing option per week, and free access to the nearby Fitness First Gym. But the corridors smelled, even though thankfully I couldn't smell it in my room. The "Kitchen" was barely equipped, and requests left with reception either didn't reach the right person or nothing got done. For a hotel in the XXI. century, having no Wifi is nonsense.

The room felt cold and clearly had been a smoking room before. I didn't ask to move, so I can't really complain. Free wifi is always a plus, and it was fast enough for YouTube in my room. Parking wasn't free, despite what it says above. The staff were very nice, and breakfast had a large, enjoyable selection. It felt rather expensive for what it was, though I was there during a very busy week in Regensburg.

The city center is very close, and the room gets cleaned every Monday. But is that enough for a rate of 50 plus euro per night? The wifi was extremely poor. At first they said it sometimes happens and they'd fix it, but after more than a week I realized that wasn't true. When I asked again after a couple of days, they said they couldn't correct it and that I could stay if I wanted. Very disappointing. Even a simple replacement for the blunt kitchen knife wasn't possible. I asked for another one and they refused.
