The staff were friendly and helpful, and since we arrived late, they left our key and room number at reception. We appreciated that. The room was okay for one night with my husband and two sons, though it wasn't very spacious. There were only three pillows for the four of us, and the rooms weren't soundproof, so we could hear everything next door. An alarm in the neighboring room went off at 5 a.m. and woke me. The hotel is next to a church, too, and its bells ring every half hour from 6 a.m., so sleeping after that wasn't possible. It was a tiring, unenjoyable night.

A little family-run gem near the main highway. The owners gave us a warm welcome, and everything was very clean. That amazing breakfast buffet deserves a mention too!

The breakfast was something to write home about, and the owner and staff were incredibly kind. The inn has amazing architecture and sits in a great location. The city church bell is right by the window, which is the one drawback. If you're not used to sleeping late, though, it can be a handy wake-up for breakfast. We also found a Greek restaurant about a six-minute drive away. They kept the kitchen open despite our late arrival, and the food was the best Greek meal I've had in quite some time. Strongly recommended. One of my best experiences in a while.

The rooms were lovely and very clean, and breakfast had a good selection in a bright, light-filled room. The place looks like something from a postcard and is very good value. The garage is free to use and has vehicle charging, though the charging costs extra and is a bit pricey.

A handy place to stop on the way to or from Austria, or for a visit to Würzburg. It's clean and friendly, with a good breakfast and EV chargers in the garage at a very reasonable rate. Trains to Würzburg run regularly and take just 10 minutes. There's not much to do in the village and not even a supermarket, but being so close to a major city makes that no problem. We'll definitely be back.
