Dinner was the part that really stuck with me. The food looked lovely and tasted great, and the service felt professional while still being warm and attentive. The live musician added a romantic feel to the evening and made it memorable. Breakfast was just as good, with plenty of choice, quality products, and everything well organized. The staff were so friendly, polite, and helpful, which made the stay comfortable. You can feel the care put into the details and the hospitality here. I’d gladly come back and recommend the hotel.

We barely spent time in the room, which was good, since the pool and spa were what we came for. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great spot, with local restaurants and bars close by. I’d definitely stay here again.

This is our favourite hotel in the area. The last time we visited, though, the sauna was out of order and nobody told us.

There’s plenty of parking, and the location is great, with lovely hiking trails nearby. The pool and sauna were nice, breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. They had gluten-free bread when we asked, and the staff were pleasant. The rooms feel a little old-fashioned, though, and I missed having a kettle and a small fridge. There was no allergy information at the buffet.

I’d stayed here multiple times, but they wouldn’t move my booking when personal circumstances came up. There were still rooms available at the same discounted rate, and I would have accepted a higher price too. They didn’t ask any questions or communicate, just turned down the request. I won’t book here again. There was no service at all, and it’s funny that the only response came after I left a negative review. Not client-friendly.
