The host family made everything easy, with friendly, helpful service and everything well organized. At Haus Theresa in Reit im Winkl, our apartment was very clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen and bathroom have been newly renovated in a modern style. We'd love to return and would definitely recommend it.

The place was clean and nicely furnished, and the location made it easy to get to everything nearby. But the advertised Wi-Fi in our top-floor room wasn't there. We got only a weak signal by the entrance door. The beds were a disaster for me: the mattresses were so soft that we sank in and could hardly move. I wouldn't recommend them for anyone with back problems. One tip: pay everything by bank transfer. We paid part in cash, then got an email after the holiday saying there was still money due. Thankfully, we kept the receipt.

The room was spotless, and the hosts were really nice, attentive, and always ready to help. We'll definitely come back.

The owners are very nice, and the apartment itself is fantastic, with a great view and location. My only suggestion would be to add a fan or something like that upstairs, since it gets very hot on the top floor in summer. Otherwise, I really have no complaints.

The main road can be a bit of a nuisance, though early risers should be fine. The apartment is super clean, and dogs are very welcome. It's centrally located and makes a great starting point for lots of hikes. I highly recommend it!
