It’s clean and pleasant for a short stay, but feels expensive for what you get. The oven only runs on a three-minute timer, so you have to stay by the stove while cooking. Heating was really poor, or maybe the landlord is trying to save money. Cleaning or repairs can also take weeks to get sorted, so keep that in mind. And if a neighbor cooks strongly spiced food and has loud guests all evening, the place gets annoying and stinks. Don’t pay extra for the balcony, it’s useless.

I spent four months living here while doing further education and was very happy with it. The complex is well maintained, and the apartments come with pretty much everything for daily life: cutlery, plates, pots, bedding, an ironing board, coffee machine, kettle, TV, Wi-Fi router, and microwave. There’s a washer and dryer downstairs, plus a private mailbox. Garage parking may be available for an extra charge. The caretaker is easy to reach and gives prompt information if anything comes up. Grocery stores are just two minutes away, and the lovely town center is about a ten-minute walk. I had a great time and can highly recommend it.
