I’ve rarely had such a warm welcome. Mr. and Mrs. Loepe were always happy to chat, and we had some wonderful conversations. We felt very well looked after and wholeheartedly recommend both apartments. We booked both apartments to welcome 2024. The landlord’s son was excellent to deal with by email. My in-laws stayed in the pet-friendly apartment with their dog and were very happy with the furnishings and sleeping comfort. They want to come back. My husband, our twins, who were then 7 months old, and I stayed in the other apartment. The landlord wondered at first if two travel cots would fit in the bedroom, but there was plenty of space. The sofa and bed were very comfortable, and the whole place was immaculate. The floor was so clean you could eat off it. The bathroom and kitchen were clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The only small downside was that the refrigerator had no freezer compartment. It didn’t matter in January, though I can imagine missing one on a longer summer stay.

The lake is great for a short walk, and the owners were friendly and helpful. We stayed with our dog in this spacious, cozy apartment. It’s quiet and well equipped, with everything you could need in the kitchen. We highly recommend it.

Mr. Loeper drove us around the area on the day we arrived, which was especially helpful since it was our first time in Rhauderfehn. He and his wife were hospitable, accommodating, and always available with advice or help. We wholeheartedly recommend the Loeper family’s apartment. We spent 10 days there and felt right at home. It was spacious, bright, and quiet, with a balcony and everything we needed.

Apartment number 2 was beautifully furnished and very clean, with everything I needed. A bakery, pharmacy, and supermarkets are just a short walk away. The owners were welcoming and helpful, and I had a relaxing vacation. Thanks again to the Loeper family. I highly recommend the house and its apartments, and I’m sure this won’t be my last stay there.

We stayed five days in the second holiday apartment and were among the first to use it. It’s very stylishly furnished and has a balcony. The lake is right by the property, and the host family is exceptionally kind and accommodating. We didn’t have time to explore everything nearby, so we’ll certainly return. A lovely holiday spot!
