Hohenfelder Brauhaus

The new owners are involved in everything, from breakfast and the lobby to the restaurant and special requests, and they made us feel truly looked after. We stayed three nights with a baby, and their care made the place feel welcoming and special. The Hotel itself was clean, with standard rooms, and you can tell they work to keep the sheets and towels in good shape and the spaces clean. We had such a good stay that we've decided to come back for next year's business trip.

We came with a group for dinner. The Smashed Burger was really delicious, and so was the house beer. The service was excellent.

The bread was fantastic, and even though the place was full, we were served right away. The servers were friendly and professional, which was a good start to our birthday meal for two. But the menu is limited, with hardly any vegetarian choices. Since we didn't want goat cheese on our veggie burgers, there was only one option, the sweet potato veggie burger. I asked for mine without soy sauce, but it was painfully salty, and the onions were drenched in it. I went home needing to drink so much water. I won't be back.

The food was fantastic, the rooms were clean, and the Wi-Fi was good. Friendly staff too. I'd come back.
