We had an okayish stay, though I think there are better choices in the area. The hotel could use a makeover. The location is a strong point: the park next door is beautiful and peaceful, and the lovely city of Soest is nearby. The wellness area seemed decent. We tried the basement pool and sauna, and the sauna was good. Our room was the Marilyn Monroe room. It was okay, nothing special, and the hotel felt old. The colourful style wasn’t really stylish to me. Breakfast was okay too, but there was no hot food apart from cooked eggs and scrambled eggs made on request. We also had dinner there, and the payment mix-up was confusing. At check-in, the receptionist gave us a form to mark our dinner choices. When I asked if dinner was included, they said it was, so we went ahead and chose. At checkout, a different receptionist asked us to pay and said dinner wasn’t included. After a little discussion, we were allowed to leave and the dinner charge was waived.

The single rooms are quite small, though cleanliness was at a good level. Breakfast was adequate for the price, and the coffee was good.

The location beside the spa park was a real highlight for us, and it kept inspiring us to go for walks. My girlfriend and I spent four days at Hotel Wulff, and it was a wonderful time. The colorful, tasteful decor gave the place a lively feel, and the service matched it. Any request we had was promptly and gladly taken care of. Thank you!

We’d love to return. The spa area is relaxing and inviting, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were extremely attentive. There was a wide selection at breakfast. The hotel and the park, just three minutes away, are wheelchair accessible. The place is colorful and cheerful.
