We’d happily come back. The owners live right next door and were friendly and attentive, and the enclosed garden was a lovely place to stretch out on a deck chair in privacy. The cottage is really well equipped, with thoughtful little things like tea lights, a radio, and TVs on every floor. There’s also a cozy terrace with a fireplace, plus a spot for storing bicycles beside the outbuilding. Great location, too.

Cycling in any direction was easy from this perfectly placed little cottage. We spent a wonderful week there and felt warmly welcomed by the people and the animals. It’s charmingly furnished in a modern style, and we didn’t find ourselves wanting for anything.
