On both Saturday and Sunday, we ran into long waits. You might find a table, but then be told the kitchen is overbooked and you’ll have to wait up to an hour. You can only order drinks while waiting, no starters to tide you over.

The view is beautiful, but waiting an hour for coffee and cake is unacceptable. The restaurant wait is just too long.

I’m rating the restaurant only, not the accommodation. The location is amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was super friendly. I tried two fish dishes and really liked both, though they were a little salty. Definitely worth stopping by.

We came just to eat and enjoyed some lovely fish from the weekly recommendations. The food was great, the drinks were cold and delicious, and we sat on the terrace with a view of the lake. I’d definitely recommend this place for a nice summer lunch or dinner.

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years, and the setting is fantastic, especially when the weather lets you sit outside. You get great mountain views right by Simsee lake, with wonderful ambiance, good service, and great food. It’s a lovely spot for a relaxing dinner.
