The room cost 130 euro's a night, and I expected better service. The sauna and pool were closed without any notice, even though those amenities were included in the full room price. Check-in was rude, and at checkout nobody asked how the stay had gone. We had trouble at the restaurant too. We waited an hour for a table we’d been promised, only to find it wasn’t available. The staff were impolite, and the food was disappointing: soggy pizza and the wrong fries. It was around 30 degrees Celsius inside, uncomfortably hot. Payment was delayed when staff forgot about us, and drinks took so long to order that we gave up on another round. The shower in my room was dirty, with sticky bits from previous guests stuck to the floor. We wore slippers because we were worried about catching something. Smoke from other rooms came into mine at one point, and noise from upstairs disturbed us during the night. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The schnitzel was okay, but the pizza tasted prefabricated and the service was really bad. They forgot our drinks twice. We waited 30 minutes for a beer with no waiter showing any interest, then decided to leave. The restaurant was only half full.

There’s plenty to do here, including the sauna and water-skiing or wakeboarding, and the green surroundings make it a nice place for an active or wellness break. I enjoyed the food, too. Breakfast could be better organized, and the hotel bar should have cocktails.

A fun place for families, and good for summer camps. There’s skiing here, too. Kids can use the playground for free, or ride go-karts for 1 Euro per 6 minutes. The trampoline costs the same.

I stayed for a week and liked the service. The hotel is in Rieste, surrounded by greenery and camping areas, and the staff were very polite and treated guests well. There’s also a restaurant on the ground floor. I’d recommend this hotel in the area.
