The Holland family were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had the ground-floor apartment for our vacation, and it was well equipped with nothing missing. Haus Berggruß is easy to recommend.

We made good use of the Chiemgau Card, taking the Jennerbahn cable car at Königssee, the Rossfeld Panorama Road, and the chairlift at Unternberg for free. The H. family were very friendly hosts, and we're grateful for the lovely vacation. Our week in August was in the ground-floor apartment. It was very clean, furnished with care, and the apartment, garden, and terrace were all well maintained. If we return to Ruhpolding, we'll stay with the H. family at Haus Berggruß again. We highly recommend it.

We booked both apartments, my parents and I. The hosts were really nice and gave us great tips for the area. The upstairs place is small, simple, and cozy, while the one downstairs is huge and fully luxurious. We'll definitely return.
