Breakfast had everything we expected, and the staff were really friendly. The apartment was well equipped, including a baby bed, child stool, and nappy bucket, even though those things weren't mentioned in the description. They made life easier with our one-and-a-half-year-old. It was only 20 meters from the main road, so the location was convenient without the traffic noise. The city center was a 10-minute walk and the supermarket just 5 minutes away. The staff also gave us free daily entry to Müritz-Therme, although Booking mentioned only one free day. We'd happily stay again and recommend it.

We spent nearly a whole day at the Therme and had a great time, especially exploring its renovated saunas. The huge Müritz Lake is close by too, with little streets and interesting corners to wander around. I definitely recommend a visit.

The apartments were clean, newly decorated, and had everything we needed. Staff were nice and breakfast was good. It's close to Müritztherme, though not near the water. We rented a bike.

The harbor and town center are only a few minutes away on foot, and the location made a great base for longer rides to Waren and Malchow. We had a very relaxing stay in a spacious upper-floor room with a small balcony, a separate sleeping area, and a kitchenette stocked with plenty of dishes. Everything we needed was there. Service at both reception and breakfast was first-class, and we really appreciated everyone's kindness. A fantastic place to stay, and we highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back. Warm regards to the whole team.

We were four people with our dog. They'd provided bowls for the dog, and the beds were very comfortable. The small kitchen had a dishwasher and refrigerator, and the room had everything we needed. The bathroom is a little dated but does the job, though the fan was very loud. Cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner were in the hallway. The pool is just a two-minute walk away, and the receptionist was so sweet and lovely. We didn't try breakfast. One evening we ate at Klabautermann in Waren and it was amazing. If my husband has another spa treatment, we'll stay here again.
