The pool was medium-sized, nothing special, but clean and pleasant otherwise. In the spa, there were naked people around all day, which didn’t feel appropriate for kids. The older waitress was impolite, and it seemed English-speaking guests weren’t very welcome. English communication wasn’t very good either. The older receptionist had an attitude, though the younger receptionist was okay.

The restaurant food was five-star quality, and the staff were kind and helpful. Everything felt clean, neat, and newly updated, with huge rooms and nice amenities. A fabulous place to stay, and one I’d highly recommend if you’re in the area.

A lovely pool and beautiful surroundings make this wellness hotel a relaxing place to stay. The facilities are great, and the service was courteous. The food included traditional Bavarian dishes as well as some international and fusion options.

The food, location, setting, design, and staff are all very nice. I have two personal gripes, though. The small reception area is pleasant and even has a fireplace, but I really missed having a bar and a bartender. Also, the relaxation area by the pool was too cold, and they couldn’t or wouldn’t make it warmer. If neither of those things bothers you, the food and staff alone make this a hotel you’ll enjoy.

The spa was just right for unwinding after a day of hiking and sightseeing, and both the food and service were fantastic. The hotel sits in a beautiful setting next to the Alps, with stunning views. We’ll be back next year.
