The apartment is clean and modern, though the kitchen could use more equipment. The promised Wi-Fi is a disaster and often doesn’t work, and local infrastructure is poor. Eating out was out of the question for us: the dune hotel restaurant and the few other open places charged exorbitant prices. With a little less greed, we’d have eaten out every night, but we didn’t go even once.

The short walk to the beach and the good value helped make this a very positive stay. The place was clean and bright, with a balcony, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a washing machine. There’s a dishwasher, though the kitchen could be better equipped. Wi-Fi was occasionally unreliable, and the bed linens could use replacing, but those are suggestions to improve an already good impression. The holiday apartment itself is okay, but this is not a residence. The kitchen is below standard, and the refrigerator has no freezer compartment. There’s a bathtub without a grab bar in the bathroom, which is a hazard, and the place isn’t wheelchair accessible.
