The bakery just opposite made it really convenient to grab a quick bite. Our room was lovely, with a charming view of the old town street and clock tower, and it seemed someone had really thought about the interior design. We had an absolutely lovely stay. The location was perfect for getting here by train and exploring the old town. danke!

We were made to feel like family from the minute we arrived, and we'd happily come back. The room was beautiful and had the feel of an authentic German lodge. Breakfast was generous each morning, with eggs made to order, served in a lovely room. The hotel is just steps from the main square, a perfect base for seeing the town. Check-in was easy, and they took care of our car too.

Parking was taken care of by the staff, which we really appreciated. The hotel is just a short walk from the main square, so it's convenient without being caught up in the crowds. The owner was there in person and was so friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurant too, especially its excellent food and very nice local wines.

We arrived before our reservation time, but the staff were lovely about it and got us seated quickly. The food was so good I forgot to take pictures. The restaurant is fantastic, and it was well worth the drive from Kallmünz. We'll definitely be back.

The location is magical, and the hotel has a lovely family-run feel. Our deluxe family room worked well for four, with a roomy bathroom and changing area; the decor blends modern touches with antiques. Staff were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Breakfast costs 10e per person, and they handled our child's food restrictions well. The kids were delighted with the hot chocolate and waffles, and we liked the big chess set at reception.
