The location is central but still quiet, and we could lock our bicycles in the shed, which was great. The apartment was in excellent condition, with a recently renovated bathroom and a rain shower. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of brand new hand and bath towels too.

The terrace has a fantastic view of Wallberg, with paragliders to watch, and the place is a great starting point for walks or bike trips. The bike shed is handy as well. Inside, there's plenty of room for two adults, a clean, fully equipped kitchen, and a brand new bathroom. The landlord provides lots of towels and other things. It really feels like home.

Mrs. Höß was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We spent 14 wonderful days at Lake Tegernsee, and the house is easy to recommend. The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished, and clean. Thanks again!
