The hotel has a cozy, homelike feel, and the hostess was very kind and nice. It’s close to downtown and easy to reach by bus. Breakfast was tasty too. I’d recommend staying here to a friend.

Lake Tegernsee is a lovely mountain lake, and the pension is close to the center. It’s a typical Bavarian place, with friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, traditional wooden doors and windows, and free parking. The English breakfast was good.

We got a warm welcome and had a pleasant stay. It’s a very nice, quiet place right in Rottach-Egern’s city center. The host was kind, and the continental or German breakfast was delicious. Prices aren’t too high, so I’d honestly recommend it.

There’s parking both in the courtyard and in front of the building. Breakfast is brought to the table, with a small cereal corner too. It was tasty and adequate, though the room is so small that guests in single rooms have to share a table. The hosts were friendly. We had a small double room on the first floor, but the mattresses were very hard and made it impossible to sleep well. We mentioned it, and they turned the mattress, which supposedly has two firmness levels. That helped a bit. It’s an older, quite noisy house, and some things need renovation. The bathroom only had a small bar of soap by the sink, so bring your own shower gel.
