Hotel Wilder Mann

The two rooms we requested near each other ended up far apart. Our room also smelled bad and felt old, despite the website promoting newly renovated rooms. We won't come back and will avoid the place.

The Italian restaurant outside is tasty and reasonably priced. At the hotel, the rooms are small but very clean, and breakfast is good, though not great. The friendly staff are always smiling, which makes the place feel welcoming.

Breakfast was generous and tasty, with full plates, good coffee, and fresh juice. The receptionist was kind and helpful, and free Wi-Fi was a big plus. My room was clean and fresh, though it depends on which room you get since some are still awaiting renovation while others are new. I missed having an empty glass in the room for water, and you'll need to bring your own shampoo.

The staff were polite, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The place is brand new and clean, just a few minutes by car from downtown Nürnberg. Breakfast could use more food, like croissants, cake, or fruit. Recommended.
