Frau.Carla makes wonderful pizza, and she, Anna, and her son Timo make a great team. Frau.Carla and both her children speak English perfectly and are wonderful hosts. The place is very good and relaxing, with a homely feel and personal service. Highly recommended for good value.

The staff are a very nice family and were helpful. If English is your main language, you may have some difficulty, but I had a great experience overall. They don’t accept Visa, so bring cash or a local bank card.

Carla is a wonderful hostess and was helpful with everything. I really enjoyed my stay at Monte Somma and my visit to Assmannshausen. I look forward to coming back soon.

The staff behaved unacceptably toward the kids. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
