My company booked two nights here during a Frankfurt fair week, and on arrival I was put in a double room because it was the only one available. The next evening, I came back to find my things gone. They told me a single room had opened up, so they had moved ALL MY BELONGINGS there, including underwear, dirty clothes, and personal items. Nobody asked me first or even tried to reach me so I could move them myself. I complained and asked for my money back because I wasn’t staying another night. The manager gave me a number to call, but it turned out to be his mother, who neither owns nor works at the hotel and isn’t the manager. No refund, and the worst hotel experience of my life. Don’t go there.

The bathroom floor was wet all over, which made it seem like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The beds were bad, with hair in them, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and the TV stayed very quiet even at full volume. A horrible experience. I won’t be back.

We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was exceptional, and breakfast was fantastic too. Our room was comfortable and very clean. We stayed at the Hotel Europa at the end of September, and everyone we spoke with was pleasant, kind, and helpful. A wonderful stay.

Parking was really hard to find, and for what I paid, I’ve stayed in better hotels. The room was small, the bed was tiny, and the heating didn’t work properly. The shower was broken and the TV didn’t work either. Sadly, this wasn’t what I needed from a hotel.

The maid did a good job, and my room was clean. Everything else left me disappointed: the price I actually paid didn’t match the website, I never got a receipt, and the Wi-Fi had problems. The staff there couldn’t understand basic English. It didn’t feel German at all, and the whole experience made it seem like they wanted to get rid of their guests instead of bringing them back. I won’t stay there again.
