The HELDs Vitalhotel team supported our family of four, including our two small children, through a difficult night, and I want to thank them. We had planned a weekend of skiing, but around midnight on the first night our four-year-old son became very ill, throwing up repeatedly and feeling awful. To be clear, it was a bug, not food poisoning. The team was immediately available and helped without hesitation. They offered us another room, extra bedding, towels, and more. Most of all, we felt supported. We ended the weekend the next morning, and they generously refunded the extra night. This was outstanding service.

Coming back from a day of hiking to relax in the sauna was great, and the sunset over the mountains was spectacular. The staff were professional, warm, and welcoming. Rooms and facilities were clean, and the breakfasts were prepared with care, with something for everyone. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I've been coming here for many years. The location is a real plus, with several restaurants, bars, and stores within walking distance. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and since it's a family business, you can meet the owners too. I love the breakfast most of all, and the bar and restaurant are great. The restaurant even has a kids' playroom in the basement. The spa is modern and relaxing, e-bikes are available to rent at reasonable rates, and parking is free. If you're used to air conditioning, this is a chance to enjoy fresh air with the windows open.

A lovely hotel in a small, quiet village. The service was amazing and breakfast was always delicious. There's a restaurant as well as a spa for unwinding at the end of the day.

We loved the tasty breakfast, with eggs cooked fresh to order, and dinner was very good and well priced. The rooms were large and comfortable, with a separate bedroom, lounge, and bathroom. Everything was clean, the reception was friendly, and the service was excellent. The hotel is right in town, just a short walk from the train station.
