Belvedere - EP Eintrittskarten über uns erhältlich!

We had to call for arrival instructions, then wait 15 minutes for them to send by WhatsApp the information we should have received beforehand. The apartment was decent and had what we needed, and the park is a 15-minute walk away. The location is great, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Soundproofing and the showers’ temperature and water pressure need improvement. The owner or manager kept messaging us throughout the stay, which ruined it. A parking space is advertised as included, but the assigned space was immediately taken by another car. When we parked elsewhere, we got repeated messages threatening to tow our car, while nothing was done about the car in our spot. The messages kept coming all day, and at one point we had to leave the lot for an hour to get the cars towed. Someone also stuck and sprayed things on our car, apparently the person who had been in the apartment where we parked while waiting for our space to be freed. We were told that wasn’t their problem. They sell an apartment with parking, but that’s a lie. It’s a shame, because there are many positives, but with this owner, run away!
