Hotel Am Park

There's a bus stop right beside the hotel if you want to get around, and a small kiosk for things you need. Europa Park is opposite, just a three-minute walk away. The rooms are clean and nice, and breakfast is very good.

Right in front of Europa Park's main entrance, this hotel felt like a luxurious residence. It was very nice, clean, and beautiful, and everything was excellent. Check-in at the machine was smooth, and check-out was quick. You can leave your car parked all day on checkout day. Strongly recommended for anyone going to Europa Park.

It's 1 a.m. on my first night here and I can't sleep because of the ghost that's been bothering my friend and me. Still, the hotel is incredibly quiet, and the room is amazing, with a great view and loads of fancy lighting options. I love all the switches. There was also a free bottle of water and some gummy bears, so thanks to whoever thought of that, you're an absolute chad 🙏 The rest of the stay has been really nice. I can't say much about the service since we mostly used a monitor to check ourselves out. When I was trying to sleep, though, I felt something touch my leg. My friend and I are still trying to figure out what happened. The power also went out for about 10 seconds afterward, but I think that was just a minor malfunction. Maybe I'll update about the ghost later. Great experience overall.

The rooms are cute and have all the facilities we needed. The receptionist was kind, professional, and very helpful, even on a busy day, and sorted out a small reservation issue for us. Many thanks to her!
