I’m upset by how my appointment went, and need to get this off my chest. I’d spent years looking for the right doctor for my irritable bowel syndrome, and had been at this practice since November. Dr. Kotro treated me kindly, gave me excellent advice, and the staff were lovely too. She said her successor understood the diet plan and would look after me. At my first visit with Dr. Belotelova yesterday, she hadn’t read my file and said she had neither the time nor the inclination to go through it. She didn’t know what I should do, and suggested I find a naturopath or nutritionist, or contact doctors online. She said she thought I could manage it on my own, had nothing else to recommend, and already got enough long emails from other patients about the subject. She also said she didn’t like the book or diet plan, and that otherwise I’d need a colonoscopy. She told me not to come back or book another appointment because it wouldn’t help. I also mentioned that I was ill with a cough and fever. She didn’t examine me and said that if I wasn’t better in a few days, I should see another doctor, since she had no time. Being new to the practice isn’t my problem. I expected more professionalism and help, especially after being told she was competent and would help me. It’s a real shame to be treated this way. I won’t set foot in that practice again.

My husband and I have nothing but praise for the whole team. Dr. Holz-Stephan and the medical assistants are patient, very capable, and helpful. I really don’t understand the negative reviews. Maybe some patients ought to think about their own behavior.

The practice is furnished comfortably, and I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. So far, my experiences have all been positive. Dr. [Name] is helpful and empathetic, and the medical assistants do excellent work.

I feel well looked after at the practice, and the way they treat people is respectful. Many thanks to Dr. Belotelova as well.
