Reception hours are limited, but they were shared in advance, so that part was okay. The service was still horrible: you can’t get through to the hotel by phone or email, and I still haven’t received my bill after six weeks.

Our room was lovely and looked out onto a quiet little street. The staff were helpful and very friendly, and the hotel felt clean and modern throughout. Breakfast had lots of options, including a delicious egg dish they could make for you. I love this cosy place and would definitely come back.

It was very cosy and right in the centre of Saarbrucken, which was convenient. For the price, though, I was surprised to find mold in several parts of the shower and dust in places around the bathroom. That took away from what could have been a great stay. I hope they fix the mold.

Very good value, and the hotel was clean and central. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. For instance, you only get soft-boiled eggs, with no other hot dishes. The WiFi was decent and simple to set up, even across multiple devices.

There’s no AC, but that was totally fine. The breakfast was great.
