There’s a lovely park just behind Victor’s Residenz Hotel, great for a walk. Our room was spacious and clean, although the shower was a bit small, and breakfast had an excellent range of choices. We were welcomed warmly, and the staff were helpful and always smiling. They speak French, English, and German, which made communication easy. We had a great stay in Saarbrücken!

A good choice for a holiday if you have a car or plenty of time. Getting into the city by public transport isn’t so convenient.

We’ve stayed here many times, and every visit has been perfect. The rooms are cozy, nice, and very clean, and the hotel welcomes pets. Our two cats really enjoyed spending quality time there with us. You can have an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant, and breakfast is also plentiful and varied.

The inside was a hit with our girls, who called it “super fancy,” even though the exterior and location look a bit dodgy. We had clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. There were coloring books for the kids and complimentary drinks waiting in our room when we arrived. The rooms aren’t very soundproof. Our neighbors banged on the wall whenever we talked, which made things feel a bit unsafe. We called reception, though, and they sorted it out.

The staff were very friendly and spoke several languages fluently, which made for an enjoyable stay. I’d gladly consider this hotel again on a future visit to this part of Germany 🇩🇪, and I’d highly recommend it to families and young couples.
