We were happy with the stay and the room was good value. It was very clean and open, and I'd suggest getting one of the rooms with a terrace over the river. The location is right by the river, near lots of bars and restaurants, and close to the city center. Check-in was easy, and besides the access codes, you can unlock doors remotely with your phone, which made things even simpler. I'd give service four out of five since I didn't actually experience any service, so it's hard to judge.

I've stayed here twice, two years apart, and both visits were great. The rooms are small studio apartments with kitchenettes, clean and comfortable, and ideal for business travelers. They also offer early check-in.

Being able to cook in the room makes the price feel fair. The place seemed a bit dead without any staff on site, but it was still a good place to stay. The roads nearby are very busy, so you'll want to keep the windows shut.

We were three family members and stayed 18 nights. It felt like a home away from home, with the facilities we needed to stay comfortably and cook our own meals. It's a studio with a queen bed and sofa bed, plus a kitchenette with electric hobs, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, steel utensils, cutlery, chopping board, glasses, ceramic cups in different sizes, and a coffee maker. There was also a round table with four chairs, a bathroom with a hair dryer and shower gel, a table fan, three room heaters, a dressing mirror, bedside tables and night lamps. Room service was good, but it only happened twice during our 18 days. Cleaning and fresh linen every two or three days would have helped. A small vacuum would let guests clean the floor themselves. We could also have used a few more cooking pots. The dining table light was very dim, and its glass shade hung so low that someone could hit their head on it. One or two wooden luggage racks would have been useful for the suitcases.
